I was very apprehensive about buying this Canon EOS 5d IV with 24mm to 105mm lens. A considerable purchase for me I have to say. However after a number of emails and telephone conversations with various members of the Cotswold team I made the decision to purchase the camera and lens kit. I was informed with all necessary information by email. Shipping in my case was with TNT Express Tracked End to End and only took 4 days from placing the order to arrive. I was emailed a TNT Customs Invoice to be paid before delivery. I paid it and forwarded a copy of the receipt to Cotswold Cameras, they refunded me virtually instantly. The camera arrived doubled boxed with lots of bubble protection in and around it for safety in transit. Absolutely delighted with the camera and lens.
